Click "Register," create an account with your mobile OTP, apply to "Become a Seller," and submit KYC with your PAN, Aadhaar, and GSTIN. Once approved, you can set up your shop right away.
Usually 24–48 hours. If your documents are unclear, you'll get a "Resubmit Required" status — just re-upload them for another review.
Commission depends on your plan (Starter/Growth/Enterprise) and can also be set category-wise. A 1% TCS (under GST Section 52) is also auto-deducted on every order.
You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly settlement cycle. Once commission and TCS are auto-deducted, the payable amount transfers straight to your bank account.
Each seller sets their own return window and policy, visible on the product page. Buyers cover shipping for buyer-fault returns; the seller or platform absorbs the cost for defective or wrong items.
Absolutely — you can move from Starter to Growth or Enterprise anytime from your Seller Dashboard. There's no lock-in period.
